Our immersive services provide unique opportunities for personal and professional growth and development. We believe that everyone can work and has a place in this world. We dedicate our selves to helping people see their potential and attain their professional goals.
Work Strategy Assessment
We work with each individual to learn their skills, interests and limitations. With this information we are able to determine a career goal and supports or accommodations that may be needed for success.
Job Development
During this period we assist with Job searching,
Resume building,
Filling out applications,
Interview prep, scheduling/time management and teaching self advocacy
On the job Training
We assist with on boarding, online and in person training, side by side on the job training, We set accommodations in place and create relationships with management and supervisors to help ensure client success.
Transportation
Training
We help determine the best transportation options available. If using public transit we help clients learn bus routes and schedules. We will also ride along, and/or follow to ensure the clients safety.
Life Skills
We teach self advocacy in every day living activities such as Cooking, Cleaning, Hygeine, Laundry, Scheduling,
Social interactions Communication,
Internet Safety and Financial Literacy
